Mr. Jeremy Choy is Managing Director & Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at China Renaissance. He has more than 14 years of investment banking industry experience in M&A, principal investing and leveraged finance transaction executions across U.S. London and Asia. Prior to joining China Renaissance, Jeremy was a senior M&A banker at J.P. Morgan. Previously he also worked in Goldman Sachs, Lazard Freres and PacBridge Capital Partners.
Jeremy has executed a number of significant M&A transactions including merger of Meituan/Dianping, merger of GOGOVAN/58suyun, spin-off of JD Finance from JD.com, sale of controlling stake in AutoHome to PingAn, acquisition of Qunar’s controlling stake by Ctrip, take private of Focus Media, Pactera, 7 Days, Shanda Interactive and ShangPharma, acquisition of Vinda by SCA, acquisition of Kingway Beer by China Resources, strategic partnership between Tingyi and Pepsi, etc.
Jeremy graduated from The University of Chicago majoring in Economics and Statistics with Phi Beta Kappa. Jeremy is a local in Hong Kong and graduated from Kei Wan Primary School (AM) and Queen’s College.
